INSURANCE

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

  • Aetna (Texas & Florida)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (Virtual Platform)

  • Cigna (Texas & Florida)

  • Carelon Behavorial Health

If your insurance lapses, private pay rates will apply. 

PRIVATE PAY

If you do not have insurance or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, the following rates apply rates apply:

  • $120 per session (53+ Minutes)

Until deductibles are met, you may be responsible for a higher session cost. Once met, only copays will apply. 

Please Note: Insurance claims may take several weeks to process, which can delay charges for copays or deductibles. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Credit/debit card on file (charged within 24 hours of appointment for private pay) 

  • Client portal payments 

  • HSA/FSA cards 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance (except emergencies) incur a $120 cancellation fee. 

This fee cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid privately.
