  • What is your availability?

    Mon–Fri: 6–9 AM | 11 AM–1 PM | 3–5 PM 

    Sun: 7–9 AM & Closed on Saturdays & Holidays 

  • Who do you work with?

    Adolescent Girls (12–17) 

    Young Women (18–25) 

    Adult Women (25–50) 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Debit/Credit Card 

    HSA/FSA Cards 

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Texas: Aetna, Cigna, Quest, Carelon 

    Florida: Aetna, BCBS (Virtual), Cigna 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancel at least 24 hours before your session 

    15-min grace period before “no show” 

    Late cancels/no shows: $120 fee (not billable to insurance) 

  • What about forms?

    Once you’re approved as a good fit, forms will be sent via the client portal. Please complete them within 48 hours of your first session.s here

  • What if I have a crisis?

    I do not provide ongoing crisis services. However, you’ll receive crisis resources in your intake packet. 
    If you are in an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest ER. 
    For immediate support, call/text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988

  • What questions to ask when checking your benefits to your insurance provider:

    What are my mental health benefits for outpatient psychotherapy in an office setting (insurance codes 90791 for initial assessments and 90837 for on-going therapy sessions)? 

    What is my annual deductible for health care (including mental health) and how much has been met?
